Purrli support

Need help with your account, cat records, reminders, subscriptions, or the Purrli coach? Email contact@purrli.app. Include the device platform you use and a short description of what happened. We normally respond within two business days.

Accounts and saved data

Sign in with the same Apple or Google account on each device to access your saved cats and health journal. To permanently remove your account and Purrli data, open the Account tab, choose Delete account, and confirm.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions, cancellations, billing, and refunds are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for purchase. Deleting your Purrli account does not cancel an active store subscription.

Veterinary care

Purrli provides educational tracking tools, not diagnosis or treatment. Contact a veterinarian for medical advice or urgent care.
