What we collect
Account identifiers, name and email, cat profiles and photos, health logs, reminders, subscription and purchase-verification status, and messages you choose to send to the coach.
How we use it
We use this data to provide Purrli, sync your records, produce insights, verify subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Coach messages and relevant cat context are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to generate a response; no third-party AI provider receives them.
Storage and control
Data is stored on Cloudflare. You can request export or deletion by emailing contact@purrli.app. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Account and data deletion
In the Purrli app, open the Account tab, choose Delete account, and confirm. You can also email contact@purrli.app from the address associated with your account with the subject “Delete my Purrli account.” We may ask you to verify that you control the account.
In-app deletion removes your Purrli sign-in account, profile, cat profiles and photos, health journal, reminders, coach data, and Purrli subscription-entitlement record immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days. Limited security and operational logs may remain for up to 30 days. Apple or Google may retain purchase records under their own store policies; deleting Purrli does not cancel an active store subscription.
